Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computational Neuroscience, or Advanced AI Systems
- 3+ years in bleeding-edge R&D with peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic engineering
- Proven track record of securing $500K+ in government innovation grants
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit simulators
- Deep understanding of ISO 20700 ethical AI standards and Asilomar principles
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive technologies brought to prototype stage
