Responsibilities

- Mentor PhD candidates and cross-functional innovation teams
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants from DARPA and NSF
- Collaborate with NASA and MIT on deep-space communication protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, AI, or Advanced Materials Science
- 5+ years in high-impact research with 3+ peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neural network optimization
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Experience securing federal research grants
- Strong track record of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Holder of at least one technology patent
