Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate tech and autonomous systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present quarterly innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of radical experimentation
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech deployment
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale digital transformation projects
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI/quantum technologies (NIST, IEEE standards)
- Published research in IEEE journals or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go required)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
