- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR integration) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives spanning AI, IoT, and decentralized systems
- Develop patent-pending solutions addressing future market gaps and sustainability challenges
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board members, securing funding and resources
- Mentor a team of 8+ engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Track record of launching 3+ breakthrough products or services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural architecture, or distributed ledger systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Exceptional strategic planning abilities with experience in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., from Stanford d.school)
