Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across enterprise clients
- Manage prototype development from concept to MVP using agile methodologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Lead ethics compliance frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biotech integration
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to enterprise level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Public speaking record at major tech conferences
