Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs

- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and private partnerships
- Present findings to C-suite and industry stakeholders at global tech forums
- Mentor junior researchers while publishing 2+ white papers annually
- Ensure compliance with emerging tech regulations (AI Act, quantum security frameworks)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching at least one breakthrough product post-2020
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, federated learning, or sustainable computing
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants or corporate R&D budgets >$3M
- Published in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed venues
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or EU Horizon Europe programs
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
