Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by analyzing emerging trends in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized AI
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with 18-24 month commercialization horizons
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible tech scaling
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate breakthrough startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic foresight reports to stakeholders, translating complex future scenarios into actionable priorities
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption impact and ROI on future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing applications, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI systems
- Track record of developing future-ready roadmaps with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent strategic planning credentials
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict market disruptions
- Experience leading cross-geographical teams in agile innovation environments
- Published thought leadership in technology ethics or innovation strategy (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
