Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen AI and quantum computing applications targeting 2026 market readiness
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology interfaces) into commercial products
- Coordinate with global research institutions to establish industry standards for ethical AI deployment
- Prototype and validate futuristic solutions in our innovation lab, iterating based on real-world testing
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders, securing buy-in for ambitious projects

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or patents in futuristic technology domains
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Strong background in product lifecycle management for complex tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
