Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI, quantum computing, and biotech integrations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through stakeholder alignment
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Published author in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
