Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Lead prototype development for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional R&D teams and vendor partnerships
- Secure and manage innovation budgets and resources
- Publish thought leadership in industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Experience with agile development and prototyping
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
