Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030) aligned with business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI/ML, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused technologies into core offerings
- Identify and evaluate emerging startups and technologies for acquisition/partnerships
- Present technology vision to stakeholders and industry conferences
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in future technologies preferred
