- Monitor emerging tech trends and competitive intelligence landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with proven commercialization success
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to market leadership
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and innovation management frameworks
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (minimum 5 peer-reviewed articles)
- Experience securing federal innovation grants and VC partnerships
