Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and clean tech
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Fluency in Mandarin and Japanese for global partnerships
