Qualifications
- MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms and machine learning frameworks
- Certification in AWS/Azure quantum services and Google TensorFlow
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on emerging technologies
- Experience with EU AI Act and ethical tech governance frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ large-scale tech transformation projects
- Strong background in systems architecture and microservices design
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
