Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design for quantum-AI hybrid systems and decentralized networks
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration
- Prototype and validate next-gen systems using cloud-native and edge computing frameworks
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-tech capabilities into commercial solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and sustainable tech deployment
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, neural architecture search, or blockchain systems
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (AGI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience building scalable systems using Kubernetes, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Strong background in ethics frameworks for AI and autonomous systems
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to balance technical feasibility and visionary impact
