Responsibilities
- Architect and roadmap next-generation technology platforms for 2026 market readiness
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into scalable MVPs
- Establish technology governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of shipping transformative products at scale
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong background in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Experience with agile development in complex technical ecosystems
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary innovation teams
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
