Responsibilities

- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers in exponential technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Neural Engineering, or equivalent field
- 10+ years leading R&D initiatives in exponential technologies
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: quantum AI, biocomputing, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to global deployment
- Deep understanding of technological singularity and 2026 industry forecasts
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
