Responsibilities
- Lead the 'Vision 2026' Initiative: Spearhead research and development projects focused on emerging technologies expected to mature by 2026.
- Strategic Forecasting: Analyze global tech trends to predict shifts in the software landscape and advise executive leadership.
- Tech Stack Evolution: Identify and prototype new tools and frameworks that will replace legacy systems in the near future.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate future-ready features into current roadmaps.
- Partnerships & Ecosystems: Evaluate potential acquisitions and partnerships with emerging tech firms to accelerate innovation.
- Standardization: Establish internal frameworks for evaluating the maturity and viability of new technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and translating them into business value.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Blockchain technologies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
