Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Lead the creation of long-term technology roadmaps and strategic plans focused on emerging trends predicted for 2026 and the post-2026 era.
- Innovation Management: Identify, evaluate, and pilot disruptive technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) to ensure our competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate high-level vision into actionable R&D projects.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems to forecast shifts in consumer behavior and technological capabilities.
- Prototyping & Validation: Oversee the rapid prototyping of new technologies and validate their viability within our existing infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts and future strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or a senior engineering role with a focus on innovation.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define a vision and execute a roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex future technologies to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of solving complex problems through innovative thinking.
