Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technical vision, focusing on AI integration, cloud scalability, and quantum readiness.
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies and assessing their strategic value for the organization.
- Oversee the migration to future-proof architectures, ensuring zero downtime and maximum system performance.
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype concepts that will secure our competitive advantage in the tech landscape.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with long-term business goals.
- Establish governance frameworks for technical debt and ensure sustainable engineering practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations or defining technical roadmaps for future years.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Edge Computing.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast tech trends and their business impact.
