- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for the company, specifically focusing on readiness for the year 2026.
- Lead architectural reviews to ensure systems can scale to meet projected user demands.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) for potential integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Establish best practices for security and compliance in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering, or technology strategy.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast technology trends accurately.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
