- Future Tech Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to identify high-impact opportunities for our organization.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives for futuristic technologies, ensuring seamless integration into our current infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and product leads to translate strategic visions into actionable development plans.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate the feasibility and risks associated with future tech adoption, ensuring sustainable and ethical growth.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company as a thought leader in tech forums, conferences, and industry publications regarding the year 2026 and the future of work.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or consulting, with a specific focus on long-term (5-10 year) planning.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging digital transformation trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex strategic initiatives from conception to execution.
