Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product lifecycle, identifying key emerging technologies that drive competitive advantage.
- AI Research Leadership: Lead a team of researchers in exploring and implementing next-generation AI models, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends, patent filings, and academic breakthroughs to predict shifts in the industry landscape.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate high-level strategies into actionable technical specifications.
- Patent & IP Strategy: Guide the development of intellectual property strategies to protect our innovations for the future.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for long-term investments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a strategic or technical leadership role, with a strong background in AI/ML systems.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural architectures, and future tech stacks (e.g., Web3, Edge Computing).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to identify disruptive technologies and integrate them into a cohesive business strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, capable of articulating a compelling vision for the future.
