Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable Machine Learning models and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native infrastructure.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments on emerging technologies to ensure security and compliance.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, AI architecture, or strategic technology consulting.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and Neural Networks.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
