The Role:
You will bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical implementation. Your focus will be on architecting systems that are scalable, ethical, and ready for the demands of the year 2026. You will work closely with C-suite executives to forecast trends and ensure our infrastructure is future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic plan identifying key emerging technologies (Quantum, AGI, Holographic UI) to be integrated by 2026.
- Lead Architectural Strategy: Design scalable AI architectures that can handle next-generation data loads and predictive analytics.
- Forecast Tech Trends: Continuously monitor the industry landscape to identify disruptive technologies and pivot the company’s strategy accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure the 2026 vision is technically feasible and commercially viable.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for investors and board members.
- Build Future-Ready Teams: Recruit and mentor top-tier talent specialized in next-gen computing paradigms.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: A proven track record in high-level technical strategy, specifically within AI, Machine Learning, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to look 3-5 years ahead and define actionable roadmaps to achieve those goals.
- Deep Tech Knowledge: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a focus on scalability.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading large, distributed engineering teams and driving culture change.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
