Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive vision for technological evolution, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the next two years.
- Lead Agentic AI Integration: Spearhead the adoption and integration of autonomous AI agents across enterprise workflows to drive efficiency.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Continuously monitor, analyze, and validate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Neuro-interfaces, Advanced Robotics) for strategic relevance.
- Bridge R&D and Business: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders and investors.
- Establish Ethical Frameworks: Develop governance policies for future tech deployment, ensuring compliance with global regulations and ethical standards.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers in Silicon Valley and beyond.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology, Executive Consulting, or Senior Engineering Management.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and driving technology transformation.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related technical field.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
