Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and communicate the long-term technical vision, identifying emerging trends that will shape the industry by 2026.
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to anticipate technological shifts and regulatory changes.
- Architectural Innovation: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, future-proof system architectures that support rapid scaling.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Partnership: Collaborate with external R&D partners and academic institutions to pilot cutting-edge technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in senior technical leadership, strategy, or product management roles.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Blockchain).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology strategies that align with business goals.
