Responsibilities
- Define the Strategic Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026 horizon, identifying key technological shifts and opportunities.
- Lead Emerging Tech Integration: Oversee the research and pilot programs for Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic AI, and Advanced Robotics.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate high-level futuristic concepts into actionable development goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems to predict market disruptions and regulatory changes affecting the 2026 landscape.
- Innovation Culture: Foster a forward-thinking environment that encourages experimentation and 'blue sky' thinking across all departments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or futurism, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing principles and their commercial applications.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast long-term industry trends and align organizational goals with future technological capabilities.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to investors.
