Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with business goals.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to identify viable implementation opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding R&D, Product, and Executive Leadershipâto define product visions for the future.
- Prototype and validate concepts for next-generation applications and platforms.
- Manage partnerships with key technology vendors and startups to stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a strategic technology role, preferably within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business models.
- Proven experience in leading strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
