Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks for next-gen infrastructure
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Secure $5M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Mentor a team of 5+ specialized researchers
- Present findings at global tech summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Patent at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in emerging tech R&D with 2+ patents
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, carbon-negative tech
- Proven track record of securing $3M+ in innovation funding
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with ISO 26000 and IEEE ethics standards
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- Global conference speaking experience
