Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology strategy framework with 18-month roadmap
- Lead cross-functional task forces for AI ethics, quantum adoption, and Web3 integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Design scalable architecture for decentralized systems with zero-trust protocols
- Present quarterly tech impact assessments to C-suite and board of directors
- Partner with Stanford/MIT on 3-year research initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI frameworks, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to global deployment
- Certifications in Futures Studies (CFP) or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
