Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers on future tech
- Track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+
- Expertise in AI governance and ethical frameworks
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing architectures
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global partnerships
