Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term goals and market trends.
- Prioritize Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and trends (AI, Quantum, Web3) that will drive business value in 2026 and beyond.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, product managers, and engineering teams to communicate the vision and secure buy-in.
- Resource Allocation: Direct the strategic allocation of budget and resources to high-impact projects that support the 2026 roadmap.
- Risk Assessment: Proactively identify potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies for the future landscape.
- Cultural Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the technology department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-level vendor relationships.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
