Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Strategy, aligning R&D efforts with long-term business goals and market demands.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging technologies and potential disruptors specifically relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and executive leadership to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Oversee the pilot programs and prototyping of next-gen technologies to validate feasibility, ROI, and user adoption.
- Develop thought leadership content and presentations to communicate the 2026 vision to stakeholders and investors.
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and monitor the competitive landscape to ensure a first-mover advantage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and successfully influencing strategic roadmaps.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
