Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key breakthroughs in AI, automation, and digital experience.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems to forecast emerging trends that could disrupt our industry; translate these into strategic opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product leads to align futuristic tech strategies with business goals and revenue targets.
- R&D Leadership: Guide internal R&D teams in Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for experimental technologies.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor innovation strategies to maintain a first-mover advantage.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation within the strategy department, mentoring junior strategists and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting within a high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Deep understanding of current AI trends (LLMs, Computer Vision) and their potential applications by 2026.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Proven track record of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling manner.
