Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Vision and long-term strategic roadmap for the organization.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Blockchain) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype concepts for the 2026 era.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to ensure we remain a market leader.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of defining successful roadmaps for major technological shifts.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future tech trends.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives.
- Experience in the US market is highly preferred.
