Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning technology strategy with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, AR/VR) for potential integration.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to define technical requirements and architecture standards.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of technologists and strategists.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Monitor global tech trends to ensure Apex Innovations remains a market leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts and their application in business.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
