Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with long-term business goals.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Edge Computing) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Innovation Lab Management: Lead the internal innovation lab, piloting new technologies and assessing their viability for scale-up.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Vendor & Partnership Strategy: Select and manage partnerships with leading tech providers to ensure access to cutting-edge tools.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS models.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and adapt organizational strategy accordingly.
- Leadership: Strong presentation and negotiation skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
