- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to outline our technological trajectory for the year 2026 and the following decade.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Monitor and evaluate global tech trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to forecast their impact on our industry.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal innovation lab to prototype and test future technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and product teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into competitor strategies regarding future tech adoption.
- Thought Leadership: Publish insights and whitepapers regarding the future of technology to establish our brand as an industry leader.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with a focus on long-term forecasting.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and near-future technologies, specifically Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and propose innovative, scalable solutions.
- Communication Skills: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
