Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 business objectives and market trends.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Quantum Computing) into our existing ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and business teams on the 2026 vision.
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our tech stack remains superior and future-proof.
- Manage a budget for R&D initiatives and prototype development.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, AI Architecture, or Future Technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and emerging tech stacks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
