- Lead high-level workshops with stakeholders to define product vision and technical requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure Apex remains agile and innovative.
- Drive the adoption of future-proof methodologies across the engineering department.
- Present complex strategic concepts to executive leadership and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Product Management, or Technical Consulting.
- Proven experience leading teams through digital transformation and innovation cycles.
- Deep understanding of the tech landscape, specifically within the AI and SaaS sectors.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.
