- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 strategic horizon, aligning with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional innovation squads to prototype and validate future-tech solutions.
- Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry disruptions.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to define technical specifications for next-generation products.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for new initiatives.
- Establish metrics to measure the success of technology adoption and innovation pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture trends.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Certifications in Project Management or Strategic Innovation are a plus.
