Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030) including AI governance frameworks and quantum-resistant security protocols
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen digital solutions
- Analyze technological disruption vectors and develop mitigation/adaptation strategies for enterprise clients
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish innovation KPIs and track technology adoption curves across global markets
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech development
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate emerging startup technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic tech planning with demonstrable impact on enterprise digital transformation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biotech integration)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE, CFTe) strongly preferred
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market deployment
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional data storytelling capabilities with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with global tech policy landscapes and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation required
