Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Innovation Roadmap: Define and execute a strategic vision for the next two years, identifying key technological breakthroughs that will drive business growth.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor global technology trends (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) and synthesize them into actionable intelligence for the executive team.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with our engineering and research teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Translate high-level futuristic concepts into detailed product strategies, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical concepts to C-level executives and board members in a compelling, non-technical manner.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor innovation strategies to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and launching disruptive products.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: High emotional intelligence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
