Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying critical innovation vectors.
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) to forecast market shifts.
- Define and implement strategic initiatives to ensure long-term competitive advantage.
- Manage cross-functional partnerships to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Present complex strategic concepts to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Drive the adoption of future-proof methodologies across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Tech Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading teams through periods of rapid technological change.
- Advanced degree (MBA or M.S. in Engineering/Computer Science) preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Experience with AI integration and future tech trend analysis.
