Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning IT strategy with business goals.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core business processes.
- Identify emerging tech trends (VR, AR, Quantum Computing) and assess their potential for disruption.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to secure budget and resources for long-term innovation projects.
- Oversee the digital transformation of legacy systems to ensure scalability.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology initiatives ahead of schedule.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and emerging digital trends.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
