Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale emerging technologies (biotech, nanotech, AR/VR)
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech implementation
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI ethics leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with regulatory compliance in tech (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
