- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future trends into actionable R&D priorities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
