- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Build partnerships with tech incubators, VCs, and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience developing 5+ year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
