Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D sprints for sustainable tech prototypes (carbon-negative data centers, neural interfaces)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG and regulatory frameworks
- Build global innovation ecosystems through university-industry consortiums
- Secure $50M+ in future-tech grants and venture partnerships
- Lead ethics review boards for autonomous systems and neurotech
- Mentor NextGen talent in emerging tech accelerator programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives (>$100M impact)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep expertise in ISO 26000, IEEE ethics standards, and UN SDGs
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Q) or Neurotech (NeuroTech Network)
- Published research in Nature Futures or ACM Digital Libraries
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain architecture
- Experience with DARPA/EU Horizon Europe grant cycles
